1. Excellent reduction performance
A wide range of reduction ratios: 9 to 87 for single-stage transmissions, 121 to 5133 for two-stage transmissions, and tens of thousands for multi-stage combinations. The pin teeth mesh using rolling friction, eliminating relative sliding on the meshing surfaces. This results in a single-stage reduction efficiency of 94%.
2. Smooth and low-noise operation
During operation, a large number of tooth pairs engage simultaneously, resulting in high contact ratios and low vibration and noise. All models offer low noise levels.
3. Reliability and long life
Main components are made of high-carbon alloy steel with a quenching treatment, offering excellent wear resistance. Minimal wear in the meshing area ensures a long service life.
4. Compact structure and size
Compared to other reducers of the same power rating, the weight and size are reduced by over one-third. The input and output shafts are aligned on the same axis, resulting in a more compact design.
